The PESCADOR database is an effort aimed at improving our knowledge of the physical factors that determine local structure formation in proteins, and particularly the role of the amino acid sequence. It archives relevant experimental data on the conformational properties of peptides of less than 30 amino acids in solution. The archive is searchable and entries can be downloaded. New NMR or CD data entries for peptides are highly welcome.
SEQUEST is a Unix program that correlates uninterpreted tandem mass spectra of peptides with amino acid sequences from protein and nucleotide databases.
