Welcome! The European Peptide Society is a non-profit association established for the public benefit to promote in Europe and in neighbouring countries the advancement of education and scientific study of the chemistry, biochemistry, biology and pharmacology of peptides.
The EPS publishes, in co-operation with John Wiley & Sons, the Journal of Peptide Science and the EPS Newsletter. The EPS also organizes the bi-annual European Peptide Symposium, sponsors local and specialised meetings and workshops, and supports and promotes young scientists with travel grants and dedicated seminars.
The first award will be given in September 2009. The winner will receive a cheque of €2000 and will be announced and listed in Journal of Peptide Science online and in print.
EPS Symposia bring peptide scientists together, not only in science but also in football and tennis! The photo was taken at the EPS tennis event, hosted at the recent EPS Symposium.
