On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Society, the General Assembly (Sofia, September 1, 2014) unanimously accepted the suggestion of Prof. Ferenc Hudecz, the President of the EPS, to present the “Pro Service to the European Peptide Society” medal to the founding Executive Committee members: Ernest Giralt, Vadim Ivanov, Günther Jung, Albert Loffet and Kálmán Medzihradszky. The personal delivery and presentation of the medal have been organized so far for Prof. Günther Jung, Dr. Albert Loffet, Prof. Kálmán Medzihradszky and Prof. Ernest Giralt.
