EPS Awards 2020
The Josef Rudinger Memorial Lecture Award
The Josef Rudinger Memorial Lecture Award is presented every two years, during the European Peptide Symposium, in commemoration of Josef Rudinger’s role in the foundation of the European Peptide Symposia and of diverse contributions he made to peptide chemistry. Preference should be given to a candidate with long standing contributions to the field.
The Leonidas Zervas Award
The Leonidas Zervas Award is presented every two years, during the European Peptide Symposi-um, to the scientist who has in the opinion of the General Assembly of the Society made the most outstanding contribution to the chemistry, biochemistry, or biology of peptides in the five years preceding the selection date.
The Miklós Bodanszky Award
The Miklos Bodanszky Award is presented every two years, during the European Peptide Sympo-sium, in commemoration of Miklos Bodanszky’s contributions to peptide science, to a young scien-tist who has in the opinion of the General Assembly of the Society made the most outstanding con-tribution to peptide science in the period of maximum ten years after obtaining the PhD degree. It is a certificate with honorarium.
Application documents (in English language) Laudatio on the candidate (max 2 pages) | CV of the candidate (max 2 pages) | List of up to 20 publications, most important for the nomination (max 2 pages) | max 2 letters of endorsement by other scientists/organisations (1 page each).
Pages exceeding the limit of 8 pages will not be considered.
