It is with great sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Paul Cordopatis on October 16th, 2014.
Paul was an exceptional man.
A passionate scientist, achiever, inspirer, friend and most of all teacher; not only for science but for life.
A true servant of Academia, Paul has devoted his life to promote a different way to live among people.
He was an Athenian of the golden age, but he was also a citizen of Europe.
The scientific community, the University he loved, the Department he created, his beloved ones, his students, his colleagues and friends – we will miss you
