We are pleased to announce the “Peptide Chemistry Day” symposium, which will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at the University of Zagreb in the building of the Regional Center for the Development of Entrepreneurial Competences for South-Eastern European Countries – SEECEL on Kajzerica (Ulica Radoslava Cimermana 88, 10000 Zagreb). This is the third “Peptide Chemistry Day” symposium organized by the University of Zagreb, together with the Ruđer Bošković Institute and the Croatian Chemical Society, under the auspices of the European Peptide Society.

The event aims to bring together prominent researchers in Croatia, foster discussions on various aspects of peptide chemistry, and highlight the continuous scientific contributions of Croatian researchers to the field. Special attention will be given to young scientists, providing them with a platform to share their work, connect with experts, and contribute to the growing peptide research community.

We are honored to welcome distinguished scientists from abroad, professors Anna Maria Papini and Paolo Rovero, and to professor Žiga Jakopin, who will deliver keynote lectures, sharing their expertise and innovative research in peptide chemistry.

We warmly invite students, early-career researchers and established scientists, everyone who loves peptides – or who will soon fall in love with them – to join us at the Peptide Chemistry Day 2025 symposium.

There is no registration fee. The working language of the symposium is English.

The deadline for registration and abstract submission is May 11, 2023.
