EPS Mobility Fellowships

Mobility and interdisciplinarity nowadays are important assets in research careers. The European Peptide Society provides fellowships for PhD students who want to visit another laboratory in Europe to acquire new methodology or perform experiments that are not possible at the home institution.

Eligibility At the time of the application the PhD student must be member of the European Peptide Society EPS membership since more than 12 months. The host must be a higher education institution or research institute in Europe.

Conditions A fellowship of up to 3000 € may be granted upon application. The fellowship may be used for additional costs of living connected to the mobility (maximum 500 € per month) or for travel costs (economy class, receipts need to be provided). The fellowship may be combined with funding from other sources e.g. to extend the duration of the stay. In this case the amount of funding applied for or obtained from the other sources need to be specified. Bench fees or tuition fees cannot be covered.50% if the fellowship will be paid in advance, 50 % will be paid after the final report (min. 2 pages, max. 5 pages) has been received.
